Excellent textbook. Hibbeler never seems to disappoint. I have used both his statics and dynamics textbook and including this one all three books are well written. Information is easy to digest, and examples are very helpful and easy to follow. Just need to study more since the problems is where things get tough and requires a real good understanding just to solve.Other than that this book is terrific! Only wish it was cheaper though since I'm just renting it from Amazon but I understand writing a good textbook is tough.

The writing is okay and the examples in the first few chapters are good. However, after the first few chapters the examples are not as good. The authors skip lots of steps and assumes you know how they arrived at there conclusion without explanation.

Quality of the text was fantastic.I would recomend more secure shipping material as the package was scuffed and there was miner damage to the text, I.e. corners are soft and bent and pages donâ€™t seem as crisp as a new text would normally be.

Product arrived as advertised. Textbook for college, check with your professor. Great for online classes.

I bought what a thought was the hard cover of this edition and received a different book and when I tried to exchange it they told me that it was a similar book and a lot of students use it but they wouldnâ€™t return it or exchange it.

Typical Hibbeler book, great illustrations, good explanations, lots of solved fundamental problems and tons of practice problems.
