This is a basic level textbook which served its purpose in my forensic psychology course. The text does a nice job of outlining the subject with enough details here and there to encourage further research. It is not a single source encyclopedia of everything you need to know about forensic psychology.Pros: It will give the student a decent understanding of how much this field covers and how forensic psychology is not "as seen on tv."Cons: It is unlike many of today's textbooks that integrate a fair amount of visual aids, graphs, or pictures to enhance the learning experience.Bottom line: I found it very informative, yet, dull to read.
I failed a test due to pages missing from this book, I feel that before your books is sent out someone should look through the book to see if it is still intake from page 87-94 is missing. Made for a very bad week in school did not send it back because I would not have had time to get another one before the next week. But good thing I still passed the class.

Assigned reading for course. Overall does what it needs to do and provides me with an understanding of the topics covered.
I thought this book would be really big, but it's small I was surprised. But it looks very interesting I can't wait to start reading it for my forensic psychology class. I got this book for $86 which really helped.

Book is almost falling apart and the highlighting on every page makes it very hard to read.
